Christopher Stephens Salon and Spa is pleased to offer all employees a performance- based pay structure. All departments have a skill set
designed with six levels of performance and corresponding hourly pay rates for each. Key Performance Indicators have been chosen to
reflect an overall range of performance. As an employee moves through the skill set they are awarded the pay change that corresponds to
their performance level.
