designed with six levels of performance and corresponding hourly pay rates for each. Key Performance Indicators have been chosen to
reflect an overall range of performance. As an employee moves through the skill set they are awarded the pay change that corresponds to
their performance level.

Licensed Salon Assistant Needed
- Duties to include but not limited too; answering telephone, booking appointments, assisting clients, assisting staff, assisting
receptionist, sweeping, shampooing, blow drys, color applications, etc. Some salon experience preferred. Mid day and evening hours
